Beyond my first impressions of openness and friendliness that I got in my interview and the sense that the company has a lot to achieve, I also feel fortunate that the work I do really counts. Small teams work on different parts and aspects of a complex software system to produce a meaningful and well-oiled whole. By maintaining a healthy overlap between teams, we manage to create an open and encouraging work environment that values the acquisition and sharing of knowledge on technical topics as much as it fosters personal development." ![Brandon_Lewis-300px](https://seerene-4856350.hs-sites.com/hs-fs/hubfs/website%202021/careers%20-%20company/Brandon_Lewis-300px.jpg?width=92&name=Brandon_Lewis-300px.jpg "Brandon_Lewis-300px") Brandon MARKETING MANAGER “While I love my consistently friendly coworkers, I’d still have to say the best aspect of being a Seerener is being a part of the team that’s bringing a ground-breaking innovation to the market. Our headquarters are on Quentin Tarantino Street in Babelsberg, in the "German Hollywood" where Fritz Lang produced his visionary film "Metropolis" already almost a hundred years ago. We, too, visualize huge artificial cities in a way that has never been seen before: our platform leverages already existing data to create software maps, which enables the strategic management and overview of software production. Software is among the most complex artifacts of all time and the coding often exceeds the limits of human comprehension. However through Seerene, both experts and non-technical people can now understand, discuss and optimize software on a common basis. If you understand that our mission is nothing less than fundamentally transforming how software is created and managed, then we want you to join our team. Let's achieve software excellence together. ## Meet the Team ![Our Potsdam Office is located in German Hollywood.](https://seerene-4856350.hs-sites.com/hubfs/website%202021/careers%20-%20company/Gallery%20-%20pictures/potsdam.jpg "Our Potsdam Office is located in German Hollywood.")
